Program 3: Business Skills & Training

The program provides basic business skills and pre-employment preparedness training to individuals that need assistance in obtaining employment. The basic training skills include, role playing for interview preparedness, dress code for business success, business administration skills, communication skills and basic computer skills training in the areas of computer technology to low income, unemployed, and economically disadvantaged individuals.

With community support in these basic business skills, individuals will develop and increase their business administration and financial literacy skills to equip them to seek employment. These skills will provide the tools for financial sustainability they need to succeed. As a community of support and resources, individuals will establish a life of independence for themselves and their families.

The purpose of our organization programs is focus on collaboration at the local level to create opportunities for individuals to apply the skills, knowledge and resources they learn to achieve greater success.
